How Leds Are Different
LED lighting is very different from other types of lighting such as incandescent and CFL. Significant differences include: Light Source: LEDs are not the size of a chill fleck, and can emit light in a variety of colors. A combination of red, green, and green LEDs is sometimes used to make white light. Direction: LEDs emit light to a specific area, reducing the need for indicators and diffusers that can capture light. This feature makes LEDs work very well in many applications such as recessed lights and activity lights.
